Manchester City served up a goal bonanza with their win over Norwich City at Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday. Man City scored five goals, and won the game 5-0 (2-0).
In the seventh minute, Manchester City took a 1-0 lead through an own-goal.
The team also increased their lead to 2-0, as Jack Grealish scored, with an assist by Gabriel Jesus, in the 22nd minute.
With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Manchester City’s Aymeric Laporte scored and increased the lead.
Raheem Sterling increased the lead in the 71st minute, from a pass from Gabriel Jesus.
Manchester City found the net once more, this time through Riyad Mahrez, who found the net, with an assist by Ruben Dias, in the 84th minute. The 5-0 goal was the last one of the game.
The last outing between the teams ended in a 5-0 home win for Manchester City in July 2020.
