Stats Pack: Spain beat Slovakia in Euro 2021 group E

Spain won 5-0 (2-0) against Slovakia in the Euro 2021 group E.

In the 30th minute, Spain took a 0-1 lead through an own-goal.

Straight after the break, Aymeric Laporte made his mark and increased the team’s lead.

With more than 30 minutes on the clock, Spain’s Pablo Sarabia scored a goal, with an assist by Jordi Alba, and increased their lead.

In the 67th minute, Ferran Torres scored a goal, from a pass from Pablo Sarabia, to increase the lead for Spain.

The 0-5 goal was another own-goal from Slovakia, which was the final result. In the 71st minute.

It was the last game of the qualifiers and the result means that Slovakia finish third in the table, with Spain in second place. Spain has secured its spot in the playoffs.
